I was asked by WRECK MMA to shoot yet another amazing event, Road to Glory, at the Hilton Lac Leamy. It was a card full of great talent and the fighters delivered great performances one after another. Here are the fight results and pics from the event!

THROWDOWN IN GATINEAU ~ FEBRUARY 2012

I was asked to shoot the Muay Thai event, Throwdown in Gatineau, at the Hilton Lac Leamy on February 25, 2012. The REC Promotions event hosted 14 fights in total and boasted some of the amazing talent that amateur Muay Thai has to offer! Here is a large assortment of images from the event shown in the same order as the fights. I will update this post later with the names of the fighters and of course the results!

Ottawa Academy of Martial Arts Poster

The Ottawa Academy of Martial Arts (OAMA) has become one of the most recognized organizations for offering and promoting martial arts in the Ottawa / Gatineau region. They are dedicated to the community, have amazing programs for all ages, and have developed some very competitive fighters. REC Promotions (an affiliation of OAMA), in cooperation with The SCORE Fighting Series, has been organizing fights under the name WRECK MMA. These fights not only showcase some of OAMA’s own in-house talent but provides a platform for other MMA gyms within the city, across Canada (and even into the USA), and their fighters to compete at a higher level.

REC Promotions has given me the opportunity to shoot their events, and so I wanted to show my appreciation by assembling a poster that highlights some notable OAMA fighters who have competed at WRECK MMA.

I was asked by REC Promotions to shoot the WRECK MMA event Unfinished Business, at the Hilton Lac Leamy in Gatineau Quebec, on October 28, 2011. It was another great series of fights by a group of true warriors. The event was captured LIVE by The SCORE.
