What a great way to start off the 2013 wedding season with the wedding of Matt and Amanda at the NAC, in the heart of downtown Ottawa! What else more could you ask for on a winter day wedding, than for a fresh blanket of snow, and a lot of it too! Sopear and Veasna were wishing for a wintery wedding and the snow gods delivered! They looked amazing and their children were dressed to impress! What a great time we all had! Enjoy your pics guys!
What can I say about Shannon and Richard. I met with them just over a year ago to do their engagement pictures (LINK >>>> http://www.darrenbeggphotography.com/?p=2104) and at that time Shannon had her wedding day completely planned out, right down to every little detail. As the year went along, the count down was on. The little texts to me here and there ….. “only 6 months away, I am sooooo excited! Are you excited?!” Some people say they know exactly what they want for their wedding, but for Shannon, she knew EXACTLY what she wanted! Because she was so planned in advance, they (especially Rich) got to even more so enjoy the moments leading up to The DAY! Highlighted with lemons, the day was anything but sour. It was bitter sweet, and I had the privilege of capturing every moment for this couple, who I now call my friends. All the best to you guys, enjoy your pics!
Last December I was asked to shoot Remi and Christine’s engagement / family pictures (Link >> http://www.darrenbeggphotography.com/?p=2152), and almost a year later they get married! It was one of the hottest days of the year. Christine was a trooper, and her and Remi and the rest of the wedding party managed to get through it all …… some with the aid of a few ice packs and brief moments of access to air conditioned cars and homes!
